    It will indeed be an interesting week, next week. I have not yet seen any announcements from Veris Corporate or from the Mangano & Co (corporate raider(s)) re what each prospective group is planning to implement to turn the situation around. The cards are being held close to the chest, but at some point shareholders will need to be given more information from each side, to enable an informed vote.

    There is no doubt the FY2018-19 results will be bad. How bad (and how they are presented) will determine / sway a lot of shareholders decisions at the upcoming meeting.

    The current Australian economy in general and the construction industry in particular are facing a slow down. The next year will be a difficult time for any board / management team to turn Veris around. Bold and quick decisions from management need to be made, at the same time as they need to meet their banking covenants. Difficult to do in the current circumstances, but not impossible.

    I am buckling up and looking on with interest.
