The whole situation starting with MC announcements which IMO kept many in hopes should be investigated.
I doubt ASIC will do a thing and the first step would be to alert ABC "4 Corners" produces to investigate whether so called ASX, ASIC and other lawmakers rules and regulations were no breached in protecting small shareholders.
I would be happy to hear that A40 BOD had no idea which way we were going, as by comments of many shareholders on HC, it does not looks like we were getting any indication of what we learnt couple weeks ago.
30 years ago 4 Corners was a reason for demise of QLD government.
If our BOD can go without any penalties it is a joke and IMO open ticket for other ASX company directors.
We know that we were not victims of shorters aggressive play, so why and who was disposing all millions of shares on ASX and SGX at times when everything was apparently "going to the plan".
