With interest of 5.81% I doubt this company would be happy to allow Tribeca to call administrators.
My view is that we will survive but how long Alita will trade before someone will make a move is another question.
With GXY, Jiangxi and Haitong holding nice chunk would be even more interesting if another party will offer us $40M in exchange for equity and later also buy Tribeca shares.
Any plans by GXY for TO could become very expensive if we get those Jap or Korean off takers and be able to move with fines by 2020
They may now consider of moving on us now before we get out of trouble.
