    It appears UBS are shorting and using Tribeca's shares.

    The recent spike in volume and selling has happened since UBS declared they had borrowed stock.

    The good thing is that UBS will have to buy the shares back at some point.
    Risky move given the low volumes pre the selling over the last week or two.

    Mike seems to have a few irons in the fire going by the last two announcements so hopefully one of them generates some buying interest and UBS get caught short.
