Indeed the share price has collapsed, having said that during this time the share price has been trending down so has debt. The EV/EBITDA of PRT based on next years forecast is roughly 2.5X. Basically priced as though they’re dead in the water. Unless in the next 4 years they all of a sudden go out of business completely, one would expect to recoup their money from the cash flow the business will generate and the strong balance sheet they have built up.
Again in I think on a risk/reward scale at it current price it a decent investment.
