Hi JFI Interestingly, this will be my 3rd company recently to have gone down the 249D path, the other 2 being CMM and MLM. Both ended up successfully replacing the board, but for MLM they threw up a lot of difficulties and tried quite hard to block it coming to a vote, dragging it out a lot longer than needed. FWIW, given the seeming inaction of the current board, you all have my vote for a change. Cheers
