@justdoit7, seriously!!! If you understand what happens at a fund manger you would understand that these announcements are simply the result of fund mangers moving stock positions between their prime brokers.This is necessary as monies flow in and out of the fund and they are required to maintain their constitution for the particular fund. Nothing is being manipulated at all. its all done off market and doesn't affect the market place.
