Bank of America have invested hundred of billions into green energy sector in the recent years. Is it coincident that MSB/LPI presented to them recently and they start accumulating?
They borrowed shares to short and accumulating in cheap price and not allow sp to appreciate much.
Their trading pattern puzzles me lately. If you look the table below, their actual holding increased from 9M shares to 13M shares now.
