The cash is in the bank and the lenders have taken their haircut. Happy to have loaded up at 10c, even happier to be gifted more in the low 9's.
Let the work begin. PG already shot the first missile with jettison of Hudson Pacific, without impairing the franchisees. That is a man clearly possessing a higher vision of what a business needs to do.
