Because that's where Minderoo's* offices are located, dopey! It's the old (long-since-disused) Sunset Hospital site. If it's still owned by the WA State Govt, you might want to consider the possibility that Minderoo is leasing it. The only false information being touted is your ill-conceived misinformation (i.e. by saying it's a false address, without checking more thoroughly). Spend some more time researching the interwebz to verify for yourself.
