Not looking sound. Which is why divs look "juicy". High yield/low PE stocks are rarely 'overlooked' market gems. Seen this too many times (and the punters then cry foul later when it all crumbles). Lots of indicators here you'd be better off putting capital into more secure alternatives, albeit at lower more sustainable returns.
