Norges Bank and few otherplayers have unwirtten agreement amongst them in which when one cease to be substantialholding another one become substantial holding and so on. In other words, when one start to short a stock another one start buying it at the same time. This technique allows them to scare small investors to sell.
Unethical, unfair and 100%market manipulation.
Maybe they have a free pass from ASIC. Hope one day they'll get challenged and monitored.
