Gold just broke 1525, through resistance at 1515. This confirms the next Gold run is on. In addition this annoucement of VanEck being major holder of AMI gives the GDXJ golden blessing. Market awakening to this, and having a recognition day with SP jumping higher.

Short term I expect Gold to run till Chinese New Year, 25th Jan 2020. All IMO.
