Just bad timing and nothing more - probably had a similar thought process to me that the stock was sufficiently cheap post FY19 results to warrant some tentative buying, only to be disappointed by another leg down.
The investor in this notice traces back to a Dutch family office, Fentener van Vlissingen - you can Google the Dutch address and you'll see that it pops up a few times in various substantial shareholder notices.
