9 times out of 10 what looks like coincidence is coincidence
I did some googling earlier and came to the conclusion that it's a long way to come from a country with a reputation as an intermediary tax haven to gobble up 9.6% of a company in NZ with a history of down grades.
Google also told me that "At the business address of Swann Hill B.V. 102 companies are established in total".
So clearly Swann BV is an intermediary for someone.
But you are probably right and I love a good conspiracy far too much
