If you pull the company filings, you'll see the sole director of Swann Hill is Malabar Hill, and the sole director of Malabar Hill is Fentener van Vlissingen. Setting up a new subsidiary underneath the HoldCo (Malabar Hill, in this instance) for each new investment is pretty common for large family offices, hedge funds etc.
Agree that it's slightly strange that a Dutch family office would feel compelled to buy 2/3rds of the volume of a NZ small cap stock over a 6-week period, but the world's a strange place.
