I think a SOL takeover makes a lot of sense particularly at these rock bottom prices. Taking the company private probably reduces some of the pressure from activists (even though SOL would still get pressured over it) and lets them purely focus on running the business. Before the NHC SP plunged I was thinking that SOL would actually try and get out at some point soon so it's interesting to see them go completely the other way.
