most of SMSFs will have investments in investment properties commercial or residential, stocks, ETF, little bit cash or TD.
usually they will gear some 50% on properties, and buying some long term blue chips or ETFs, some cash for liquidity.
and each of these categories will face liquidity issues imo. for CL1, at least, the growth will become an issue because there wont be many more new SMSFs in today environment imo.
