Leveraged, what is your view on the Class management team and their approach?
Has their been any change of heart in relation to price increases (which have been flat for some time)?

My issue when I last looked at Class (around Aug last year), was they were deliberating trying to reduce margins to (40%). Maybe that is more sustainable longer term. But I also interpretted that to mean short term earnings decline. Plus bit of a 'spending spree' (on varies C- level execs.... now there is CEO, CFO, CIO,CTO, CMOs, CXO, CZO's etc.... in the company, all with $200K salaries etc and typically share options as well (why should exec's have to use their own money after all? wink.png)

But, I stress that is only my view - and might only be a short term hurdle of HR investment. Longer term I agree that this appears to be a sticky and busienss critical product (like an ERP or Xero etc).
