...mmm... all we (shareholders) really need is that trading halt and a $2 + offer from a battery maker who wants to be fully vertical integrated and keen on 'cleaner' battery materials...massive synergies to crystallise.... question is whether Mr. Verner will ignore it... might have an impact on his ostensible gameplan....
...dependency of Chinese synthetic graphite is worst than ICE.... so producing 'green' EV's and still using synthetic graphite from China is a bit hypocritical .... but this will soon change...
....Bottom line again: NAV is over $750M ....so current enterprise value of 10% the NAV is just silly... and they still have $100M cash...and no cash debt... and there is a strategic accumulator ($22M shares being bought today) operating under the radar... maybe a battery maker....in need to source natural graphite....
