...Mr Verner should be removed ASAP... an absolute disgrace....

....the company has raised almost A$1 billion to date and the current enterprise value is just 10% of it...circa A$100M... mostly attributed to AustralianSuper's ~70million ongoing naked shorts stock lending activity (or 17% of total shares)....and management's probable hidden agendas....

...and then there is still an ongoing quarterly cash burn of A$25M in this market.... after the project has already lost ~A$250 million... he should have put this operation on Care & Maintenance until the market has changed....losing A$25M a quarter is reckless management....

...bottom line is... his mandate is probably to hand this A$1 Billion project over on a silver plate to AustralianSuper and their cronies...for $0 future exchange with the new debt structure....and he will probably get paid 5-10% of value for his trouble... like most of these MD's usually do...

...this will also hopefully make more sense why the CFO has jumped ship in September.... changing funding structures (equity to debt) during distress are usually red lights all over the place.... especially when you are aware that you will soon be out of cash....

...my two cents of course....

would love to see the banning of naked short selling & the removal/ severe punishment of toxic/biased management....
