...well I am sure they are aware of their probable intent...substance over form.... so I don't have to remind them...and they still have a choice and correct the situation at this stage now that they have been called out....
....otherwise I will wait to lose more so that I can personally go after Mr. Verner's personal assets later.... he has to make it worth my whilehis indemnity insurance don't have a provision for fraud... or so I was told....
