....but someone is still accumulating....11m shares....that is material accumulation... so maybe say an A team is selling say 3 million shares...and B team in the same company, is waiting for the market to freak out after A team has 'shaken the tree' and then buy 1.5 times what the A team sold....strategic accumulation via a consolidated SPV structure....so basically forcing weak hands to give up and sell out....

...who knows....any way, that is what I would do.....at 10% of NAV...worth the risk....
