Ha ha - yeah - current shareholders are so nervous.
DCN are raising $98 million.
$80 million is underwritten by Cancord and Macquarie.
$70 million has already been taken up (by institutions).
That leaves $28 million for retail.
Directors have bought $5.7 million of this offer with their own money.
Retail - Mum and Dads - will be lucky to get much at all with only $28 million left after institutions took the maximum of $70 million.
