Ann: Becoming a substantial holder, page-21

I'm a bit new to this so be easy on me, l will be buying NTM shares this week after doing quite a bit of research on the company and the prospects it has plus the quality of management it has. Bringing Dr Mick Ruane onto the NTM board seems a massive plus to me considering his past successes which brings me to the next question. ERL which is Empire resources also has Mick Ruane as the chairman of the board and this company holds 62 odd million in NTM being the 2nd biggest shareholder of the company which $ wise is quite a bit of cash. If ERL hold so much of NTM shares then why is ERL only .009 cps at the moment. Like l said lm new to this but some sort of explanation from someone who knows a bucket load more than l do would be appreciated, thanks guys and gals cheers
