Goldman upgraded its target price by 25% to A$0.75 this morning. Analysts will undoubtedly have to continue to chase RBL higher with their px targets going forward. This is a great scenario for some longer-term gains now that we are in the upgrade cycle.
Management mentioned in the recent quarterly that April traffic was strong and Google trends would indicate this has continued into May.
Between Blackrock going substantial and Perennial increasing to +10% of the register during March/April their cant be much loose stock left.
Take over premium for RBL will also return once things settle down.
