there are no problems per say, it's a case of the time it takes to commercialise the technology
is long and investor attention span is short, the low level of cash could be scaring some away
but they are deliberately only raising enough cash to keep things ticking away to minimise dilution,
news flow will be fairly slow so there wont be much to excite the market,
it's a case of being very patient i'm afraid
