The BO.. only target smaller caps and relatively thinly traded stocks;they would not have the ability to achieve their aim ,price manipulation for profit, on one of the big four for example because they would not have enough trading capital and cannot move the prices to their advantage.ASIC should look at these issues instead of telling banks what they should do with their dividend payments to shareholders. Let the respective company boards decide this.
