Looks good - new board and management know region and sold previous asset for circa $400M.
Technical due diligence must have been strong to attract them, and also for Peterson to buy $400k on market given he would have pick of best deals.
Only small premium to raise for those buying today - unlike a lot of stocks that have been opening +100%.
I'm in for medium term hold.
