Deja Vu for Contango shareholders. Same Chairman ,poorly performing LIC , no attempt to hold fund manager to account.
Another manager unknown takes a tilt. Shareholders will continue to be disadvantaged either way. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS HAVE VALUE!
Shareholders should benefit from these. As well as a competitive fund manager returns.
Look at CTN/NSC if you want to know how this plays out. Millions lost in expanded discount, crap performance and no management rights value accruing to shareholders. DYOR
