CGA are managing CIE - they were the same mob that sold CTN rights to Naos - notwithstanding that those rights belonged to CTN shareholders, not CGA - and CTN holders got nothing except another underperforming and overpaid manager!
Can't see this one playing out well for shareholders either - Board and CGA cronies will call the shots to keep status quo in place with shareholders picking up the costs.
Despite the good uplift today - which has only closed the discount, not improved performance, this type of agitation is unlikely to succeed, especially if this new mob only have 5%
I'd suggest look for value elsewhere - I'm going to.
