CGA did sell the CTN management rights to Naos, Interestingly Naos are a large shareholder in CGA. So the likely outcome is not good for CGA or Naos.
CGA have continued to manage CIE poorly. With the contract period approaching the current Board have remained quiet. Obviously no intent on reviewer CGA's management.
Switzer control CGA. probably a lot of their clients in CIE. Also CTN's previous Board sold its CIE holding to clients of Taylor Collison at a very good price compared to today. Presumably Taylor Collison clients unhappy .Switzer clients unhappy. But who controls their votes? These two groups probably have the numbers if they vote in blocks.
Of course everybody's friend Geoff Wilson is on the register at 11%,He is also loosing a lot of money on this. I am sure the new prospect has already kissed his feet.
Thinking shareholders will not be treated well either way.
This asset class does not need a closed end structure. if Switzer want to protect their media brand they probably should open it to redemption.
