Sparta Ag now own out of the blue 11.22% or 363 million shares.
as soon as this is released out come massive orders to try and drive down the price.
i looked up Sparta Ag on Bloomberg.com and it says
Sparta Ag is a financial management company. The company invests in companies in Germany, Switzerland and Austria and emphasizes valuation criteria.
but the next line says it all
"Spartas investments are made in public listed companies with focus on special situations such as takeovers, change in control, spin offs etc.

for a long time i have been saying ORN trading suggested a takeover was in the wind, this seems to be more proof, along with their now blatant effort to reduce SP
