Options will need to be issued to founders until the time KGN company name is connected to founders surname. KGN should put in place plan to rebrand the successful e-commerce company so that current episode is not revisited. Normally major shareholders tend to buy more shares in such instances and not vest in more options. Perhaps e-commerce stocks operate differently. DYOR.
