Agree with all the points mentioned above. One thought that is not discussed enough is RBL as an M&A TARGET. I initially thought ETSY...but getting my mind around a tech PE firm or an Australian based company that has no or very little e commerce capabilities (The list would be long)
Martin, the CEO is north of 60...SP has had a great run...when COVID breaks, would he want to commute to USA( as that is where the bulk of sales are generated). Just some broad thoughts worth considering. Acconex..the last company he was associated with was acquired by Oracle.
