Hi Cold, there was a time when they had some different management and were depending on an anthracite resource. But in my opinion, this management team is much more realistic and has the right contractors (IMO) working for them and they are sitting on a magic resource (as far as I can see). There is still some way to go for feasibility and approvals but I think you may be on-the-money, especially at this price but as always DYOR. The anthracite resource still has good value but development time and cost will probably have to wait until there is good operating cash flows.
