Not a good thing when we are building momentum and they go and lend them out which are subsequently sold stifling or dropping our share price..
great news if for example they are shorted and we received anp news sending the stock to much higher levels, then the shorted stock would need to be bought back on top of the rise, this would send us to the moon.
