No.. Are you being serious??? Honestly. If you don't have the financial market literacy to not understand that there is ZERO risk/reward incentive for a fund to pile in to a stock and become a substantial holder, based on the sole investment thesis that it can lend shares to short sellers for a nominal 1-2% annual fee, then you should not be purchasing securities full stop!! Let alone commenting on an investment forum. FXL down 2% today, so they have just wiped out their entire yearly fee from lending the shares.
