Liquid Petroleum Gas, or LPG, wouldn’t be used in a turbine too often as natural gas is much cheaper almost everywhere.
My understanding is that the fuel system (minor) replacement and the combustor may need minor modification turbine. The turbine the air compressor (the expensive bits) should be fine.
I will caveat though that I am no turbine engineer.
But if you are talking of converting coal fired stations to any sort of gas, you are talking about replacement.
