    Did you read the announcement? It's PEP and Carlyle group, the bidders who have become substantial shareholders. Is it a coincidence that Perpetual who is backing the deal also a similar 9.65% stake in LNK? Is this the same 9.65% stake or does the consortium have close to 20% in the bag?
