SO Regal owns 15% of the shares in the company and Baker Bros another 7.5% then two holders own 22.5% of the shares.
And one of these holders is hell bent on manipulating the price for their own advantage. So IMO you can often disregard the share price as a fair indicator of the value of the company. Its simply whatever Regal Funds chooses it to be. Smaller retail investors are simply along for the ride.
