Well it's an $800M MC company. For those funds to be holding such large amounts by definition is an indication of the value and prospects of OPT as the company has no income or approved product, or even phase 3 trial initiated. So, I agree the SP is kind of irrelevant +- 30% given the huge MC it already has.
I notice Kodiak Sciences have almost doubled their SP from the recent lows over the last month. Baker Bros have continued to increase their holdings in them as well. Now sitting at $6B AUD MC!
