Ya, its like Goldman Sachs deal with tencant. Tencant bought 5% of APT but Goldman Sachs is holding these shares for them.
We just have to wait until Monday to see exactly which company has purchased these shares.
UBS is currently holding 12% because they have 1.x% interest in Zip prior to the announcement. UBS's name is on Zip's annual report among other 19 big shareholders.
