Regal have a history of AI company cap raises, back in April they grabbed 82,650,000 shares @ .03 in a BrainChip cap raise, then about 2 weeks later sold enough to then not be a substantial holder, smart money there if they're still holding at .37 now!!!.
Smells great to me as they don't throw money at duds!!!, I will definitely be putting my hand up for the max amount but reckon I might be lucky to get 10% of that...
