Furthermore, 40m shares being 10% of 400m SOI means that our entire market cap, at the time of the deal, was just 1.6-2 million dollars. And we got them to spend $1.4 mil just for 50% of Catamarca!!!!!!!!!! That's a damn good deal !!!!!!!!! Wow , Kudos to management for pulling a deal like that.
