Saying "up to 10% of the issued capital" and "the maximum number of shares that may be issued is 40,926,533" means that the number of shares offered should have been lower than BOTH figures, regardless of any changes to the number of SOI. Both figures are maximums and neither should have been exceeded.
The company has now been diliuted by an additional 60 million shares in return for a pitiful 300k in cash. Lets hope the rumour of a 12 month escrow is correct.
