Actually your two points are factually incorrect as a matter of fact. Firstly when the deal was signed the sp was 0.4-0.5c. Secondly , the Mc was around $4mil and they will spend $1.4mil just for the Catamarca project. all other projects are not included.
San Luis projects , Peru Copper projects and the Brazil tenements are not included. That also excludes all projects in Australia.

Jose' Integra's President, owner and founder of Integra can't sell for one year. Furthermore I don't think he will sell. As a non-Australian resident he will be taxed at the highest rate when it's in his personal name. If the shares were in Integra's name, that would be a lot less tax. So it only makes sense that he has no intention of selling anytime soon.
