    I agree that another acquisition would be unexpected, current price movement would be more positioning for contract announcements due in December.

    That said, the experience in bidding on the current Defence and Intelligence contracts could have highlighted areas that would be beneficial to have in the product mix (NC acquisition) for a run at any US or international tenders.
