A couple of points.1.DUMAC have a couple of days to make their final notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder. Last transaction was yesterday.2. Telstra have chosen to announce substantial notice one or days early. They only need to show the final trigger transaction for going over 5%. So they may have bought more than what they have shown ie most of the 12M. Their next announcement will be when/if they buy another 1% past 6.78%. Each 1% is around 2M shares from my rough calcs.
