Commsec tells me that only 60k shares were traded on 16/11 (all at 21c, interestingly). The preceding week had seen more action as the price pushed up from around 16c to 21c - between 6/11 and 13/11 approx 1024500 shares were traded.

The action from recent weeks suggests to me that:
a) Someone has been accumulating what they can below 18c - possibly keeping the close at 18 to encourage selling (the idea would be that this is an acceptable sell level for almost anyone, a loss not too big for those who bought in over 20c and still a great gain for longer term holders who now see stagnation).
b) It is getting harder to do that below 18c.
c) Something is brewing - my guess it that this pops on a big announcement, though no idea when that will come.
